അയർലണ്ടിലെ സ്ത്രീകൾക്ക് ആർത്തവവിരാമ പരിചരണത്തിനുള്ള പുതിയ സമീപനം ആരോഗ്യമന്ത്രി പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു

2021 സെപ്റ്റംബർ 10 -ന് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചു
ആരോഗ്യ മന്ത്രി സ്റ്റീഫൻ ഡോണലി ടിഡി, അയർലണ്ടിലുടനീളം സ്പെഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് ആർത്തവവിരാമ ക്ലിനിക്കുകൾ സ്ഥാപിക്കാനുള്ള പ്രതിജ്ഞാബദ്ധത പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു. ഈ ക്ലിനിക്കുകൾ അയർലണ്ടിലെ സ്ത്രീകളുടെ ആർത്തവവിരാമ പരിചരണത്തിനുള്ള ഒരു പുതിയ സമീപനത്തിന്റെ ഒരു പ്രധാന ഭാഗമാണ്, കൂടാതെ മെച്ചപ്പെട്ട കമ്മ്യൂണിറ്റി, പ്രാഥമിക പരിചരണ പിന്തുണകൾ കൂടാതെ ആർത്തവവിരാമം അനുഭവിക്കുന്ന സ്ത്രീകൾക്ക് ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നതും വിശ്വസനീയവുമായ വിവര സ്രോതസ്സുകൾ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും. വിമൻസ് ഹെൽത്ത് ടാസ്‌ക്ഫോഴ്‌സിന്റെ ഉപദേശവും വനിതാ ആരോഗ്യ ഫണ്ടിലൂടെ ഉള്ള നിക്ഷേപവും അനുസരിച്ചാണ് വികസനം.
മാറ്റത്തിന്റെ ആദ്യഘട്ടത്തിൽ ഈ വർഷം ഹോളസ് സ്ട്രീറ്റിലെ നാഷണൽ പ്രസവ ആശുപത്രിയിൽ ഒരു സമർപ്പിത സ്പെഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് ക്ലിനിക്കിന്റെ വികസനം ഉൾപ്പെടും. ആർത്തവവിരാമം, ക്ലിനിക്കൽ നഴ്സ്/മിഡ്വൈഫ് സ്പെഷ്യലിസ്റ്റുകൾ എന്നിവയിൽ സർട്ടിഫൈഡ് പ്രത്യേക താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ള ജിപിമാരുടെ പിന്തുണയുള്ള മൾട്ടി ഡിസിപ്ലിനറി ആയിരിക്കും ക്ലിനിക്ക്. സേവനത്തിലേക്ക് റഫറൽ ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ക്ലിനിക്കൽ മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങൾ പാലിക്കുന്ന സ്ത്രീകളെ കാണുന്നതിനു പുറമേ, പ്രാഥമിക പരിചരണത്തിനുള്ളിൽ വീടിനടുത്തുള്ള സ്ത്രീകൾക്ക് ആർത്തവവിരാമ ലക്ഷണങ്ങൾ ഫലപ്രദമായി കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനെ പിന്തുണയ്ക്കാൻ ക്ലിനിക്കൽ ടീം കമ്മ്യൂണിറ്റിയിലെ ജിപികൾക്ക് ഉപദേശവും മാർഗ്ഗനിർദ്ദേശവും നൽകും.
Minister Donnelly said:
"Our first priority in the Women’s Health Taskforce has been to listen to women. Through that process women across the country have shared their experiences of menopause and have asked us clearly to change our approach to supporting them. I am making menopause a priority within our women’s health programme and I am proud to announce my commitment to fund this first dedicated specialist menopause clinic within public health system this year. This is as an important part of an integrated solution to delivering better health experiences for women before, during and after the menopause."
