ഇന്ത്യൻ വ്യോമയാന മന്ത്രാലയം ഇന്ത്യ-യുകെയുടെ എണ്ണം പരിമിതപ്പെടുത്തിയതിന് ശേഷം ഈ മാസം പുനരാരംഭിക്കാൻ തയ്യാറെടുക്കുന്ന കൊച്ചി-ലണ്ടൻ സെക്ടറിലെ സേവനങ്ങളുടെ എണ്ണം വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിൽ എയർ ഇന്ത്യ സമയം പാഴാക്കിയില്ല. ബുധനാഴ്ചയും വെള്ളിയാഴ്ചയും ഞായറാഴ്ചയും ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തി 3 ട്രിപ്പുകൾ
Air India have wasted no time in increasing the number of services in the Kochi-London sector which is all set to resume this month, to 3 flights per week right after the Ministry of Civil Aviation had increased the cap on the number of India-UK flights from 30 to 60.This means that from August 22nd, there would be three services in a week from CIAL to Heathrow Airport (London), which would be amongst the most frequent India-UK flight services currently operational.

ഇതിനർത്ഥം ഓഗസ്റ്റ് 22 മുതൽ, സിയാൽ മുൻകൈ എടുത്ത് മുതൽ ഹീത്രൂ എയർപോർട്ട് (ലണ്ടൻ) വരെ ആഴ്ചയിൽ മൂന്ന് സർവീസുകൾ ഉണ്ടാകും, ഇത് നിലവിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന ഇന്ത്യ-യുകെ ഫ്ലൈറ്റ് സർവീസുകളിൽ ഒന്നായിരിക്കും.
കൂടുതൽ വിമാനങ്ങളും റൂട്ടുകളും വരുന്നതോടെ മേഖലയിൽ മത്സരം കടുക്കുകയും ചിലവുകൾ കുറയുകയും ചെയ്യും എന്നു പ്രതീഷിക്കുന്നു.കൂടുതൽ ഡയറക്റ്റ് റൂട്ടുകൾക്ക് വേണ്ടി സിയാൽ ശ്രമം തുടരുന്നു. ഭാവിയിൽ കൂടുതൽ റൂട്ടുകളും ഉണ്ടാകും. അങ്ങനെ നാട്ടിലേക്ക് പറക്കുന്നവർക്ക് ഈ അവസരങ്ങൾ പ്രയോജനപ്പെടുത്താം.
