Osborne are currently recruiting for a Person in Charge on behalf of our client, a well-respected nursing home in an idyllic location in Bray.
This well recognised home prides itself on its professional practice for residents and staff and has created a caring environment to support the physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of each resident.
The ideal candidate will be someone with excellent leadership skills, who leads by example, who inspires, who is hands on and who wants to work in an environment that gives them autonomy and support to do so.
The successful candidate must be a registered General Nurse on the Register of Nurses held by Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
They also must have:
A post registration management qualification in health or a related field.
At least 3 years’ post graduate experience in Care of the Older Person
At least 3 years’ in a management capacity in the health and social care area
