അയർലൻഡ് ഒഴികെയുള്ള എല്ലാ അംഗരാജ്യങ്ങളിലും യാത്രയ്ക്കുള്ള EU-WIDE കോവിഡ് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഇന്ന് പ്രാബല്യത്തിൽ വന്നു.
EU-WIDE കോവിഡ് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് - പ്രധാനമായും സ്മാർട്ട്‌ഫോണുകളിലോ കടലാസിലോ ലഭ്യമായ ഒരു ക്യുആർ കോഡ് - വഹിക്കുന്നയാൾക്ക് യൂറോപ്യൻ യൂണിയന്റെ അംഗീകൃത ജാബുകളിലൊന്നിൽ (ബയോ‌ടെക് / ഫൈസർ, അസ്ട്രാസെനെക്ക, മോഡേണ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ജോൺസൺ & ജോൺസൺ എന്നിവയിൽ നിന്ന്) വാക്സിനേഷൻ നൽകിയിട്ടുണ്ടോ, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ കോവിഡ് വീണ്ടെടുത്തിട്ടുണ്ടോ (അണുബാധ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അടുത്തിടെ പരീക്ഷിച്ച നെഗറ്റീവ്) എന്ന് കാണിക്കുന്നു.
ജൂലൈ 19 മുതൽ അയർലൻഡ് പദ്ധതിയിൽ സൈൻ അപ്പ് ചെയ്യും, മെയ് മാസത്തിൽ എച്ച്എസ്ഇ ലക്ഷ്യമിട്ടുള്ള സൈബർ ആക്രമണത്തിന്റെ കാലതാമസത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമാണിത്.
“അയർലണ്ടിലെ ഒരു സൈബർ ആക്രമണം കാരണം എല്ലാ സാങ്കേതിക പരിഹാരങ്ങളും ജൂലൈ 1 ന് മുമ്പായി കൈവരിക്കുക എന്ന ലക്ഷ്യത്തിലെത്താൻ പ്രയാസമായിരുന്നു, എന്നാൽ മറ്റെല്ലാ അംഗരാജ്യങ്ങൾക്കും മുന്നോട്ട് പോകാനുള്ള വഴിയെക്കുറിച്ച് ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ആശങ്കയില്ല,” യൂറോപ്യൻ കമ്മീഷണർ ജസ്റ്റിസ് ഡിഡിയർ റെയ്‌ൻഡേഴ്‌സ് ഇന്നലെ അറിയിച്ചു.
ഇയു ഡിജിറ്റൽ കോവിഡ് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഇന്ന് മുതൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നുണ്ടെങ്കിലും, വളരെ പകർച്ചവ്യാധിയായ ഡെൽറ്റ വേരിയന്റ് അതിന്റെ ഉപയോഗം കുറയ്ക്കുമെന്ന് ഇതിനകം വ്യാഖ്യാനിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു.

യൂറോപ്യൻ യൂണിയൻ നിയമപ്രകാരം, യൂറോപ്യൻ യൂണിയന്റെ 27 രാജ്യങ്ങൾ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട നാല് യൂറോപ്യൻ രാജ്യങ്ങൾ (ഐസ്‌ലാന്റ്, നോർവേ, സ്വിറ്റ്‌സർലൻഡ്, ലിച്ചെൻ‌സ്റ്റൈൻ) എന്നിവയ്ക്കിടയിൽ യാത്ര ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ കാറെന്റിൻ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ കൂടുതൽ പരിശോധനയുടെ ആവശ്യകത ഇല്ലാതാക്കുന്നതിനാണ് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നത്.
