Dear all, I have been liaising with The Indian Embassy and Assistant Consular Officer this morning. They have expressed great gratitude to the generosity of those who have donated so far. The matter is of course being dealt with by them and they are liaising with with all members of Seema's family to ascertain what is best for Seema and her children. This is of course an extremely stressful time for all those who knew and were closest to Seema, and her two children. They have kindly requested that the fundraiser be put on hold until they can clearly give advice on where to direct all donations. Respectfully, it of course makes sense to do so until such advice can be given. In any event, all donations received will be donated to ease the burden of costs for those closest to Seema and her children. I will update this page with more news as and when recieved Xx
2020 has brought so much tragedy to so many and Covid19 has really exacerbated so many other prevalent problems in our society! On the 9pm news tonight, we learned more about the tragic and untimely death of Seema and her 2 beautiful children. Seema's family in India have pleaded for help to bring her and her 2 beautiful children home to give them the send off they deserve! I have no connection to Seema and her family but in the times we are in feel that such tragic circumstances, in such trying times, need as much support as possible that we can give! I have contacted RTE, the Indian Embassy and other media to see how we can get all donations to Seema's family. All support in trying to make contact is welcomed
